It’s springtime…officially!
Which means sunshine. Earlier mornings. Later nights. More time in the day for training. Days filled with light and the optimism of Spring. The best time of the year (for me anyway).
And the end of pre season training. Almost.
Just wanted to share a big yeehaaaah for spring and light. I can feel my motivation returning and a desire to go out and soak up this changing of the seasons with a run, a long ride and a swim in the sea. Planned for Saturday. Watch this space (eeeeek!!)
